Customs Charges on International Orders
Kudo Sport & Leisure has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you may be liable.

We happily accept returns, refunds, and exchanges on full-priced items, provided they are returned in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Refunds are processed less shipping costs. Where free shipping was applied to the original order, a standard $15 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund and is non-refundable. For larger items such as golf bags the refund amount will be less the shipping cost.

Faulty Items

Our team thoroughly inspects each item to ensure it’s free from faults before dispatch, and we package items carefully for secure transit. If a faulty item is received, we will cover the cost of replacing it.

Returns of faulty items are only accepted if the items were faulty upon delivery. Once received, all returned items will be inspected, and items deemed to show general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Faulty items must be returned promptly. Please email amelia@kudocustom.com with photos and details of the fault. If the item was a unique one-off, we will do our best to provide a similar item or issue a credit note or refund.

Charges and Carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your SMS Service agreement with your wireless carrier or contact your wireless carrier to determine your phone's pricing plan and the charges for sending and receiving text messages. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any message, data or other charges incurred (usage, subscription, etc.) as a result of using the SMS Service.

The SMS Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. We may add or remove any wireless carrier from the SMS Service at any time without notice. We and mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages.

To Stop the SMS Service

To stop receiving text messages from Us, click the UNSUBSCRIBE link in any of the text messages you have received from Us. Your opt-out request may generate either a confirmation text or a texted request to clarify the text message program to which it applies (if you have more than one). To complete your opt-out, please provide the requested clarification. You acknowledge that the text message platform may not recognise and respond to unsubscribe requests that aren’t actioned through the provided UNSUBSCRIBE link and agree that We and our SMS Service providers will have no liability for failing to honour such requests. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from Us through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. These Terms still will apply if you withdraw the consent mentioned above or opt out of the SMS Service.
